The room was very spacious, had a cozy bed, climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV, and the bathroom had bathtubs.

We had booked two single beds but upon arrival, we requested a switch to a double bed after three nights. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate our request, despite prior agreement. Additionally, the room service was lacking, as our room was only cleaned once out of the seven nights we stayed. The WiFi in the hotel room was also very poor, which was a big inconvenience for me as a business traveler. Despite numerous conversations, the issue was never resolved, and I had to rely on my expensive roaming data. These shortcomings did not align with the amenities advertised and left me extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice overall experience. Clean hotel, amicable stuff, magnificent and particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Spacious room, a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the room. Had a handy kitchenette. Location short walk to airport, and jeddah.

We were very impressed with the TV set offering satellite channels, as well as the climate control and individual safe in our room. The bedroom was spacious and separate, and the staff were professional and accommodating. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was within easy walking distance of everything we needed.
